 三份清洁提单，并注明：运费已付
 
 C. Certificat of Origin in 1 original issued by competent authority in duplicate.

 D. Phytosanitary certificate in 1 original issued by competent authority.
 防疫检验证书
 
 E. Certificate of fumigation in 1 original issued by competent authority.
